Wedding Photography York Registry Office

I had the pleasure of providing Wedding Photography York Registry Office for  when Lindsay and Nigel decided to have their small elopement wedding at the Bootham Suite in York.  As their children, Connor, Liam and Mollie looked on, Lindsay and Nigel who met 6 years ago decided to unite and become 1 happy family.  Lindsay looked stunning in her chosen white dress as her son, Liam proudly walked her down the aisle to her proud waiting groom.  With Wedding Package Prices starting at only £350 with free online gallery and downloads there is an affordable package for everyone.  The Bootham Suite at York is a great choice for weddings for multiple reasons.  The Bootham Suite York Registry Office is a fantastic location, the registrars are warm, friendly and extremely welcoming.  Add to this a beautiful staircase, a light airy room which permits lots of natural light and a garden location outside for formal and relaxed wedding photos.

On the day we were so lucky.  Even though it was January the weather was great and it was a really quiet day for weddings.  This meant we were not rushed even through Lindsay and Nigel were on time so we had plenty of opportunity to capture pre-wedding photos before the ceremony and because there were no weddings after Lindsay and Nigel we could really relax and capture moments inside the Bootham Suite that most couples could only dream about.  Normally its in and out but the Registrars were lovely and extremely accommodating and we all had the time so the opportunity was taken to capture even more keeper photos directly inside the Bootham Suite and on the stair case.  Not to mention the full time we had in the garden and directly outside the Registry.  The beauty of a digital gallery is that you can provide lots and lots of high quality beautiful full resolution digitals in the couples secure password private gallery giving them plenty of choice to download for free as many images as they would like.  This is certainly not numbers over quality, its about choice so as a wedding photographer responsible for capturing the key moments you also have a responsibility to capture the moments that not everyone can see and fill the gallery with WOW photos and those that they don’t expect.

The wedding party had chosen the restaurant Ask Italian  for their celebratory meal and as I had the time and Lindsay and Nigel were such a beautiful warm friendly couple I offered to follow them to the restaurant and capture additional iconic photos around the City Wall including the classical York Minster. The large concrete columns outside the restaurant could not be ignored and had also to be included to create additional photographic memories of their special day.  It was nearly time to depart and leave them to continue in private but not before we captured moments inside the restaurant and their toasting the start of their new lives together as 1 family.

Good luck Lindsay and Nigel and thank you asking me to provide memories of your special day.
